Help Wilmington Heal

Hurricane Florence hit the NC coast hard. Wilmington, where we are located, has seen catastrophic damage. So many families are displaced and homes destroyed. Right now (as of this post) roads leading into Wilmington are still unsafe. We are reaching out to readers here today to ask for your help.

From what we hear, it will be months, not weeks, before Wilmington will return to some kind of "normal." Our church - Port City Community Church in Wilmington, NC - has partnered with outside organizations like Convoy of Hope and Samaritan's Purse for immediate disaster relief. However, those organizations will soon go home and Wilmington residents (ourselves included) will rely on local organizations to aid in the long recovery process ahead.

Port City Church is one of the largest and most integrated churches in the community and they are on the front lines doing everything they can to help local residents in both practical disaster relief and restoration efforts. They also have locations in Leland, Jacksonville, and Newbern - all communities devastated by flooding and wind damage from the hurricane.

Will you join me and my family in giving to Port City Community Church, to help them meet the overwhelming need right now? ANY amount will help!

How to Give:

You can give securely at Your donation is tax deductible, and will make a huge impact in the lives of many.

Whether you can give or not, will you please join myself, our board of directors and volunteers, in praying for everyone impacted by this hurricane? So many needs, but God sees them all and He is able to meet every one of them.

Thank you in advance!
